Mor Ohana, Meni Danino and Moshe Grinberg from Yeruham raised two million shekels in order to build a public park in their city. Neve Emek neighborhood in Yeruham had no playground and children were forced to play in the streets. Mor, Moshe and Meni recruited the help of Yeruham mayor, Amram Mitzna, and managed to raise the needed amount to build the park from the city council, the New Yeruham Fund and Keren Hayesod. They even conducted a survey among the people of the neighborhood and found out what playground equipment they would like, and approached an engineer who designed it accordingly. Today the park includes trees, a playground for kids and basketball and soccer fields.
