The growing inequality of opportunity and a lack of visionary leadership are two of the major challenges facing Israel today.
Kav Hazinuk (“The Starting Line” in Hebrew) addresses these challenges by hand picking high-potential youth from difficult socio-economic backgrounds and empowering them to create a better Israel. |
Each year, we select from a pool of thousands of candidates several dozen youths with major leadership potential. We nurture these youth through high school, the army and university in an intense and unique 10-year program that unleashes their hidden talents. These youth experience the challenge of their lifetimes and emerge from Kav Hazinuk equipped to become tomorrow’s social, political and business leaders – role models for their peers and for generations to follow.
Kav Hazinuk has been operating since 2002 and operates 4 branches – in the greater Tel-Aviv area, the Negev, Lower Galilee and Upper Galilee.
